This is NEW Old Stock 

Meaning this item was never uses, but was most likely a shelf display or was kept out of box. As you will see in the pictures there is some lights scratches and some age color variances. 

This still has the plastic still on the hardware and is stiff from not being opened.. 

This is rare to find these vintage pieces that were never uses! Especially finding one with Box cand cards!
